Mobile Banking App

Ready to take Online Banking on the go? Download the Mobile Banking app on your device and enjoy the security and convenience of banking on the go. With the mobile app, you can check balances, pay bills or transfer funds, deposit checks, view eStatements, and so much more!

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is a free tool to help members schedule automatic payments, set up recurring payments, and easily monitor the status. 

When using Bill Pay in Online Banking or the Mobile Banking App, you can add a payee to your account and pay bills from your Community West checking account. Select from a list of popular payees, or register your own by name. Payees include individuals, businesses, or organizations. From there, you can pay one or multiple bills, not just loans, to any of your payees. Once you’ve set up a payment, manage your Bill Pay account by keeping track of notifications and pending payments.

Mobile Check Deposit

Deposit checks* from your mobile device in just a few quick steps! We know it’s not always easy to get to your credit union in our busy, day-to-day lives. This feature allows you the convenience of banking on your own time, from anywhere.

*Initial registration and approval required.  Approval may take 1 – 2 business days. Check holds may be placed to verify funds. Review Additional mobile check deposit information for complete details. 

  • Open or Download the Community West CU Mobile Banking App
  • Login using your Online/Mobile Banking credentials (they are the same for both platforms)
  • Click Deposit
  • Click New Deposit
  • Choose the deposit account and enter the total check amount
  • Take a picture of the front of check
  • Click Accept or Retry
  • Click Next
  • Write “CWCU Mobile Deposit only” above the signature line
  • Take a picture of the back of check
  • Click Accept or Retry
  • Click Next
  • Review information and click Submit

Digital Wallet

A digital wallet allows you to pay with your smartphone or smartwatch using an app securely containing your debit or credit card details. With a wave or tap at checkout, you’re able to make purchases with your Community West debit or credit card without the physical card – a convenience if you’ve forgotten your wallet. Always keep in mind, not every merchant accepts digital wallet payments.

Digital Wallets like Apple Wallet, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay are determined by the phone you carry. For example, someone with an Android Phone can’t use Apple Wallet and vice versa. With a digital wallet you can also store gift cards, event tickets, and more!

Setting up a digital wallet is dependent on your phone or watch and will require steps to verify your card information for safety and security. Just search your phone’s wallet option and add your cards.

Person to Person (P2P) Transfer

With our P2P Transferring System, members can quickly send funds while keeping their bank account details private. All that’s required to send a payment is the recipient’s email address or phone number!

  • Open/Download the Online Banking or Mobile Banking App
  • Login using your Online/Mobile Banking credentials (they are the same for both platforms)
  • Click Move Money
  • Click Pay Anyone
  • Click Send New Payment
  • Fill out recipient information and select how the recipient will be notified. (Note: you must know the recipient’s mobile number or email address)
  •  Input the amount and which CWCU account you would like to transfer from
  • Create a security question and answer only the recipient would know
  • Review the payment and click Send Payment
  • Click Done

ACH On Demand

Receive your direct deposit up to two (2) days early with ACH On Demand! Skip the anxious wait for Pay Day for just $10.*

Simply sign in to online banking or the mobile app, tap the account tied to your direct deposit, then select ACH Transactions.

*A $10 processing charge will be applied to post your early transaction. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds are subject to the timing of payer’s funding, and credit union approval. Some direct deposit types are not eligible. Requests per each Direct Deposit must be made within online banking or by contacting the credit union. Funds must be available in your account to request in online banking, otherwise you must contact the credit union.
