Legacy Scholarship
The Legacy Scholarship aims to reduce financial barriers for students, allowing them to focus on their studies and future careers without the heavy burden of educational expenses. This scholarship aims to acknowledge and reward individuals who align with the pillars the Foundation was built upon: Community Development, Financial Literacy, Empowering Youth, and Advocation of Human Rights.

Vern Hyde Scholarship
Community West awards the 2025 Vern Hyde Scholarship to one student for the upcoming fall semester: one individual planning to attend or currently attending a college, university, trade, or vocational program. This scholarship aims to acknowledge and reward outstanding efforts in leadership, volunteerism, and community involvement.
